I have many more “soundbite” articles to share with you, but I am pausing the series to announce that my book, Getting Through to Jehovah’s Witnesses: Approaching Bible Discussions in Unexpected Ways has just been made available on Amazon!
The paperback edition is available for $14.99; the Kindle edition is available for $9.99. If you order the paperback, you can get the Kindle version free under Amazon’s Matchbook program.

There is no such thing as a “can’t miss” witnessing system, but there are do’s and don’ts that can greatly improve our chances of getting through to Jehovah’s Witnesses with the light of the gospel.
My book is written for Christians who would like to be able to share the gospel effectively with Jehovah’s Witnesses but who don’t know how to do it. This includes:
- Christians who usually hide behind the curtains and pretend they aren’t home
- Christians whose only interaction with Jehovah’s Witnesses has been to say, “No thanks; I have my own religion.”
- Christians with family members or friends who are Jehovah’s Witnesses or who are studying with Jehovah’s Witnesses, who want to know how to reach them with the gospel
- Christians who encounter Jehovah’s Witnesses doing street ministry and want to know what to say to them
- Christians who have witnessed unsuccessfully to Jehovah’s Witnesses in the past and want insights into how to be more effective
- Pastors who want to train their congregation in evangelism and who would like material they can use in sermons will find the book especially helpful.
Although the book was written with the assumption that the reader will know little about Watchtower teachings and practices, it will also be helpful for people with a Jehovah’s Witness background who are looking for Christian answers and alternatives to Watchtower theology, including:
- People who are studying with Jehovah’s Witnesses
- Witnesses who have doubts about Watchtower doctrines or claims
- Former Jehovah’s Witnesses who are still open to believing the Bible
In subsequent blog posts, I will tell you more about the book. Next week will describe the underlying premise of the book.
I know you can’t judge a book by its cover, but here is what it looks like:
