• Chapter 3 explains the organizational mindset and internal struggles of Jehovah’s Witnesses and the significance of these factors in getting through to them

Section 2 begins with Chapter 5, a doctrinal chapter which explains both the Watchtower and biblical plans of salvation. This chapter is followed by five related approach chapters dealing with the issue of salvation.

Section 3 begins with Chapter 11, a doctrinal chapter which explains both the Watchtower and biblical teachings regarding the nature of God—specifically of the natures and roles of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This chapter is followed by three related approach chapters explaining how best to discuss these matters with Witnesses.

Section 4 begins with Chapter 15, a doctrinal chapter that spells out the Watchtower and biblical teachings regarding nine specific issues which Jehovah’s Witnesses usually insist on discussing with Christians. This chapter is followed by five related approach chapters which explain how best to discuss these specific topics with Jehovah’s Witnesses.
